Who amongst us has never had a bad day? A customer who really got on your nerves, a day when you wish you could just crawl under your desk and not deal with the realities of your job?
I’m guessing that we’ve all had those days. But I’d bet that very few of us have ever responded to a customer with a simple, one line email like this one.
The customer in this case had a technical support question. The person who sent the reply is now looking elsewhere for work.
I guess you don’t get extra points for saying ‘please’ when you tell somebody off…
Talk about a multi-part fail. This email failed the customer (obviously), the company (who probably lost a customer), and the guy who sent it (who’s currently unemployed).
